Directing our People and Culture Team

With over 26 years of senior administration experience in Human Resources, employee engagement and recognition, event planning, and community engagement, we’re proud to welcome Tricia to True Mechanical.

As our newly appointed People and Culture Director, Tricia strives to foster a positive workplace culture around inclusion, growth, and collaboration, helping to make True Mechanical the best workplace possible. When asked why she chose True Mechanical and how she’d like to support our team, Tricia shared the following:

How do you see “People and Culture” or HR in general?

Establishing a People & Culture team will advance the goal of ensuring that True Mechanical is the best workplace possible. To achieve this, all of us are a part of People & Culture as we are building a place of belonging where we can do our best work and be our best selves.

The People and Culture (HR) office focuses on building a strong organizational culture, recruiting and retaining top talent, and promoting employee engagement and development. Supporting a positive workplace culture that fosters growth, inclusion, collaboration, and recognition ensures that employees feel valued and supported.

A couple of things you enjoy doing in your spare time

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with family, vacationing near the water, renovating and decorating, or reading and expanding my knowledge on themes of connection and human experience.
