How the RISE Program Works.
RISE is a peer-nominated, employee-driven recognition program. That means our employees decide who gets recognised, not management. You see your teammates in action, and you know when someone goes the extra mile. Twice a year—in May and November—we’ll invite all employees to nominate a coworker who’s “risen above.” The winners will receive trophies, exclusive swag, massive bragging rights, and a permanent place on the True head office RISE Wall of Fame. Here’s how the categories line up with our values:
