True Mechanical services in the Kootenays.
We’re proud to live and work in one of the best places in the world, the Kootenays. We’re a hardworking group with an entrepreneurial spirit, so setting up shop in the industrious Kootenays was a natural fit. It’s the best of two worlds: we have the privilege of combining the grit and commitment of the Kootenay people with our digital technology and professional experience to operate a best-in-class mechanical services company.
With its rich history, pristine natural amenities, unlimited adventures, and eye for sustainable development, the Kootenays has provided us with many new projects, including commercial, residential, institutional, new builds and renovations. And with new projects come new challenges, from traveling vast distances to self-performing our sheet metal, insulation and fire-stopping. It’s an adventurous place that requires a pioneering spirit and a professional attitude, and we’re all in.
So, how do we make it all work? We’re planners. Our Constructible Thinking methodology means we’re prepared for all challenges. Because we design with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Management (BIM) services, we always show up on-site knowing what to expect, complete with centralized workflow processes.
