Parkside at Lynn has an intriguing and complex mechanical system which utilizes refrigerant based equipment to supply heating and cooling to the suites. The Air-Source Heat Pump is located on the roof of building A, serving the entire 3-building project. The ASHP provides the first stage of heating and (2) backup boilers for extended periods of below-freezing weather. On the same rooftop is the chiller, which provides chilled water to the mechanical system.

The suites are equipped with four pipe fan coils (for heating and cooling conditions), with integrated heat recovery ventilators for efficient and comfortable air quality. Building C has a stunning amenity area on the ground level with amenities such as a pool and changing rooms. The pool has a dehumidifier air handler and pump room to treat the water and air in the pool area.
