Project Overview.

Elkford Senior Housing 214 Alpine Way will follow BC Housing guidelines and construction standards. This project will have 25 unit aging lodges, fully accessible main floor common spaces, communal kitchen and dining space and underground parking with secure bike storage.

The Elkford Senior Housing project is a three storey 6,889Sqft wood frame apartment building with a total of 25 units being heated and cooled using split heat pumps and electric back up baseboards. The Elkford Senior Housing will provide suitable housing for the elderly and disabled members of the community. True Mechanical Kootenay Division is leading the Mechanical Team for the duration of the project; including all HVAC, Plumbing, Natural Gas, Sheet Metal systems. There are no third party sub trades as true Mechanical is delivering the project end-to-end.

VDC-BIM

Our Virtual Design Construction (VDC) capabilities, which include Building Information Management (BIM) modelling, ensure our clients have complete 3D renderings, organization and workflow processes to anticipate any complexity.

Warranty Services

Our extensive two-year warranty program covers any mechanical system that we install. Our warranty team is quick on their toes and takes pride in their work. We make great things happen and guarantee our systems to last.

Prefabrication

Our prefabrication hangar has the capacity to address large scale mechanical contracting needs while ensuring quality and precision. Our collaborative process ensures a high-quality product that fits accurately and saves on build time.
