We’re proud to contribute to The Amazing Brentwood, supplying and installing all HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems as part of a design-assist approach for this landmark residential development.
Each suite is equipped with a 2-pipe fan coil system featuring a 6-way valve, ensuring precise temperature control via local thermostats. The cooling system includes towers and chillers operating on a LEAD basis, while the boiler system supports domestic hot water (DHW) and radiant slab heating for ultimate comfort.
For plumbing, we installed all fixtures across both towers, managing hot and cold water distribution, storm and sanitary systems, gas lines, and irrigation. Our expertise ensures efficient, high-performance solutions, supporting the luxury living experience The Amazing Brentwood is known for.
Our plumbing specialists are masters in water and gas supply and wastewater drainage systems. We work with contractors, trades, engineers and planners from preconstruction to installation to ensure the job gets done right.
