The Kaslo is a two seven-storey commercial development in the city hub. One of the 7 story towers is the future home of the Lasalle collage, the tenant improvement is being completed by Norsen construction.

Our Virtual Design Construction (VDC) capabilities, which include Building Information Management (BIM) modelling, ensure our clients have complete 3D renderings, organization and workflow processes to anticipate any complexity.

Warranty Services

Our extensive two-year warranty program covers any mechanical system that we install. Our warranty team is quick on their toes and takes pride in their work. We make great things happen and guarantee our systems to last.

Prefabrication

Our prefabrication hangar has the capacity to address large scale mechanical contracting needs while ensuring quality and precision. Our collaborative process ensures a high-quality product that fits accurately and saves on build time.
