Unique challenges require unique solutions. To do this, we use a highly adaptive and agile process called True Constructible. This approach brings creative solutions to new challenges to make things that work.
We use the preplanning process to first define what is the problem that we're trying to solve. We identify both the goal and the challenge to get to the root of the problem quickly and fully understand it. Making sure we're solving the right problem is key.
Asking how we can look at this problem in a new way, we explore new views, new perspectives and alternative frameworks to look at the problem in a different light. We ask the right questions, understand the obstacles to be faced and identify the opportunities they might present.
Asking creative questions generates a lot of rich information. Moving from creative thinking into rationalization, we gather data to develop a crystal clear understanding of the problem. We then consolidate, refine, and prioritize ideas to reframe the question and synthesize the information we've gathered to prioritize ideas.
Moving back into creative thinking, we use selected risks to brainstorm possible mitigation approaches to solve the problem. Rather than fall back to habitual thinking and old practices, we excel at exploring the realm of the possible and envisioning new solutions that make sense in today's ever-changing environment.
Using critical thinking we select specific approaches based on their effectiveness and feasibility to gauge and refine the right process. We evaluate all possible options and develop the right solutions that meet the needs of the client while deciding what can be successfully implemented.
To solve the problem with speed and predictability, we develop a plan of action by identifying available resources, specific stakeholders, the right actions and efficient timelines. We ensure the plan is clearly communicated so all parties involved understand and accept the solution and execute the right actions.
Regardless of the approach, we apply our on-site experience and product knowledge to design and construction to ensure the system is truly constructible and practical. Our teams are committed to getting things done and getting them done well.
